 2 witnesses will need to present at the signing if the person is being notarized using a "signature by mark', or using the letter "X" 


 

  • An identification card or driver’s license issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles
  • A United States passport
  • An inmate I.D. card issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, if the inmate is in custody in California state prison
  • Any form of inmate identification issued by a sheriff’s department, if the inmate is in custody in a local detention facility
  • A valid consular identification document issued by a consulate from the applicants country of citizenship, or a valid passport from the applicant’s country of citizenship
  • A driver’s license issued by another state or by a Canadian or Mexican public agency authorized to issue driver’s licenses
  • An identification card issued by another state
  • A United States military identification card
  • An employee identification card issued by an agency or of office of the State of California, or an agency or of office of a city, county, or city and county in California
  • An identification card issued by a federally recognized tribal government


The time it takes to notarize a document depends on the complexity of the notarization and the number of documents to be notarized. We work efficiently to ensure that all documents are notarized in a timely manner.


Yes, Ari's Mobile Notary Services can notarize documents in languages other than English as long as the notary is fluent in the language and the document is in a language the notary can read and understand.


$5 base travel fee (located in Rancho Cucamonga)

$0.50 per mile outside of Rancho Cucamonga
